  • Sherri Shepherd Joins ‘Ride Along 2’ Cast

    Sherri Shepherd (now ex-host of ABC’s "The View") has joined the cast of "Ride Along 2," the sequel to the 2014 Kevin Hart/Ice Cube comedy that grossed over $150 million in domestic ticket sales, on a $25 million budget.

    Shepherd joins the aforementioned Cube and Hart, as well as new additions Ken Jeong and Olivia Munn, in the film, which Tim Story (who directed the first film) will direct, with Cube, Matt Alvarez, Will Packer, and Larry Brezner producing. 

    Set for a January 15, 2016 release, producers say that the sequel will have more action, and will be more multi-cultural to help it cross over to reach a broader audience, as the above…
