  • Reginald Hudlin Is Getting Behind the Camera Again for an Untitled Comedy Project

After years of directing primarily for TV (as well as producing the works of others), Reginald Hudlin is getting behind the camera again as a feature film director, for an untitled IM Global comedy which he co-wrote with Chris Spencer and Eric Daniel, and will also produce through his Hudlin Entertainment production company.

No specifics on story, casting or ETA on the project at this time.

Hudlin’s most recent behind the camera efforts include executive producing the 44th and 45th NAACP Image Awards, as well as Quentin Tarantino’s "Django Unchained," which was nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award last year.

    Deadline first reported the news.
