This weekend, the fall film season (also known as "The Beginning of The Oscar Season") started in full force, with a quite a number of major releases. And it’s going to continue this way, until the Christmas season.
Among the films which opened on Friday were the really excellent "Whiplash," the really crummy "The Judge," as well as "Dracula Untold," "Addicted" (which was not screened for the press in advance, which is always a sign of quality), "St. Vincent," "Kill The Messenger," and "Alexander and the Horrible Yadda Yadda Yadda…"
And that’s not even mentioning all the smaller indie releases,…
