No doubt, being very happy with the excellent B.O. take for "Selma" over the Christmas holiday weekend, grossing over $900,000 on just 19 screens in N.Y. and L.A., Paramount announced this afternoon that they are going to extend the limited release of the film in two more cities this week.
The film will open in Chicago and Baltimore on January 1st (this Thursday). It will play exclusively in one theater, in both cities, before expanding to more screens in those cities, when the film opens nationwide, on Friday January 9th.
But something worth noting are the foreign release dates for "Selma," with the film opening in Brazil on January 25, February 5…
