After getting rave reviews when it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last May, and later at the Toronto Film Festival, and from our own Zeba Bray (HERE), French filmmaker Céline Sciamma’s coming of age film Girlhood ("Bande de Filles") is about to be released theatrically in the U.S., through Strand Releasing.
