Omar Sy has booked a role in the film adaptation of the 4th book in author Dan Brown’s Robert Langdon series, following "Angels & Demons," "The Da Vinci Code" and "The Lost Symbol."
Titled "Inferno," Sy joins Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones in the Sony project, which will be directed by Ron Howard, from a script penned by David Koepp, and which follows Harvard professor of symbology, Robert Langdon, who awakens in an Italian hospital, disoriented and with no recollection of the past thirty-six hours, including the origin of the macabre object hidden in his belongings.
