    Child Actor, Olamide David is dead. The promising actor came to limelight from his role in the movie, ‘Cobwebs’ produced by Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola. Sadly, he has been caught in his prime.

    Olamide, who is 14 years old, was said to have died at the General Hospital in Ikeja, where he was rushed to after complaining of stomach pains. The young lad was said to have been kicked in the stomach while playing football with his friends on Sunday, January 17, 2015.

    Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola announced the demise of the youngster via her Instagram handle posting a photo of the teen actor. She captioned it: “Death! Where is your sting? Olamide David, my lead character in ‘Cobweb,’ why does it have to be now? Why why why?”

    The late Olamide David clinched the ‘Best Kid Actor’ award at the 2014 edition of the Best of Nollywood Awards held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
