    I was teaching class recently and one of my strongest students had to leave the room. She was nauseous, seeing spots, and weak in the knees. She is also 18 years old. In speaking with her after class, I learned that she just returned from a dreamy trip to L.A. where she danced her heart out and felt alive, and is now so conflicted on what to do about school next year that she made herself sick.
