New to Netflix’s streaming library this week is David Oyelowo’s MI5/Guantanamo Bay thriller "Complicit," which centers on the moral dilemmas posed by the war on terror, as an MI5 agent (played by Oyelowo) becomes involved in the torture of a suspected terrorist to prevent an attack in the UK.
It debuted on Channel 4 (in the UK) last year, and was picked up by the Showtime network for American audiences, earlier this year.
If you haven’t seen it (I haven’t; I don’t have Showtime), and you’re a Netflix streaming subscriber, here’s your opportunity to do so. I’ll certainly be checking out some time this week.
