Trailer: ‘Capital’ (BBC One’s Ensemble Miniseries Examination of Gentrification in London)

Wunmi Mosaku ("Dancing On The Edge," "In The Flesh") is part of an ensemble cast in BAFTA-winning Peter Bowker’s adaptation of John Lanchester’s critically acclaimed and bestselling novel, "Capital," produced for BBC One.

Mosaku joins Toby Jones, Lesley Sharp and Adeel Akhtar, all in starring roles, in a project that is set on a single street in South London, and is described as a portrait of a road (Pepys Road) that’s been transformed by soaring property prices, where what was once the home of modest lower-middle class families, has been continuously gentrified into a street of multi-million pound houses.
