    Veteran Nollywood actress Franca Brown who was popular for her role as ‘ Mama Efe ‘ in the popular 80’s soap opera ‘ Behind The Clouds’ has had a bit of misfortune.

    On January 18, 2016 her house was burnt down by her house-help.

    According to reports, the house-help poured petrol on the house and set it ablaze. She later allegedly confessed to being a witch and part of a coven.

    She claimed that she burnt down the house after her coven threatened her with death if she did not burn down the actress’ home.

    Franca Brown who is in her 40s is still single. In a 2014 interview the actress spoke on why she is still single.

    “I believe in marriage. I was born into a home, I have a father and a mother. But marriage has not come my way, and I don’t think it’s yet a challenge to me. When it comes my way, it comes”, said Franca Brown.
