  • Golden Brooks Will Play Trish Murtaugh Opposite Damon Wayans, Sr in Fox’s ‘Lethal Weapon’ TV Pilot

    Golden Brooks has booked a co-starring role in Fox’s TV pilot based on the "Lethal Weapon" movie franchise, which will star Damon Wayans, Sr. in the lead role of Roger Murtaugh, which was originated by Danny Glover in the films.

    Brooks will play his wife, Trish – a role originated by Darlene Love in the film franchise. 

    Fox’s TV series version will center on Texas cop and former Navy SEAL, Martin Riggs, who moves to Los Angeles after losing his wife and baby. He is partnered with LAPD detective Murtaugh, who, having recently suffered a heart attack, must avoid stress.
